Rob Christeson for International Director
As the Program Quality Director of District 56 2017-18 Toastmaster year, I was new to the Trio roles, and I didn't know what I didn't know. I understood the "what" of the job, but not so much the "how" of the job. Having Rob as our Regional Advisor was absolutely amazing. His monthly coaching sessions enabled me to have access to not only his wealth of knowledge, but also to a plethora of available resources that explained the “how” very succinctly. He was a servant leader as he displayed leading in service to the PQDs, and as a result he helped me lead in service to my District. Rob made the year not only productive, but also fun. I look forward to seeing Rob serve the International Organization.
Sheryle H. Warren, DTM
Past District 56 Director, 2018-19
I had a chance to work with Rob when he was Region Advisor in 2018/2019. I believe Rob has a deep understanding of how the organization works and knows the trends across the Regions and Districts. He is curious, listens and asks questions to understand the key issues. This analytical perspective will ensure his contributions and ideas on the Board will be based on facts, on what he is seeing and hearing around the entire organization and will address the root cause of the key issue.

Past District 42 Director, 2018-19
I worked closely with Rob in his role as Region Adviser during my District Director year. Several things impressed me during our collaboration: his work ethic, his attention to detail, and his genuine caring about the people around him. During our conversations, his “big picture” perception help me put things into perspective. His passion for Toastmasters was evident in his correspondence. He shared knowledge that was relevant during each phase of our journey. I absolutely endorse Rob Christeson for International Director.

Rob Christeson stands as a vibrant example of Toastmasters taking a good person and helping them to become a great leader. Over the past nine years, I watched him grow and develop while also growing and developing others. During that time, his view of Toastmasters expanded from club to district to global organization. He thinks, talks, and acts as a global leader should and will represent us well as International Director from Region 4.

I got to know Rob in the District Leadership training session two years ago. Rob clearly explained the way of working and facilitated a very productive discussion to help us learn, understand and apply in our district scenarios. After the training session, he was very kind to answer a few more questions from me. I do believe Rob, with his extensive knowledge and servant leadership, will be a great asset to our organizaitonal development!

Immediate Past District 85 Director, 2020-21
I met Rob as our Region 4 Advisor during my Program Quality Director year 2018-19. Although he didn't know many District 26 members, he quickly became acquainted with our leadership team. To build relationships, he attended our May 2018 conference before his duties officially began, on his own dime. He provided guidance and interpretation for various issues throughout the year.
I believe his 20+ year Air Force service has molded him into someone that logically evaluates the situation to find a reasonable solution. I'm confident that he's also been exposed to global issues and strategies.
He's very knowledgeable and engaged in the Toastmasters program. He served multiple years as the District 22 Pathways advisor to assist with the rollout and adoption. I believe he's very qualified for this leadership role.

Immediate Past District 26 Director, 2020-21
I have know Rob for almost 4 years now. It has been my privilege to interact with him through goods times and tough ones in the past few years. During my tenure of being an Executive Officer in District 99, Rob’s insight into the strategy, policies and future goals of Toastmasters International has been invaluable. Rob has always carefully considered the voice of his peers and used this to address any challenges or concerns that came before him. His advice was invaluable to me during my time as District Director.
Rob has a in-depth understanding of how and why the organization works. He has been giving of his time and energy in Region 4 and I am confident that this would continue as an International Director for 2020/2021. His unique perspectives will enhance the Toastmaster International Board in so many areas. Rob’s background in technology, strategic planning, and strong leadership will only add value to the overall membership of Toastmasters International in both short and long term goals.
I believe Toastmasters faces many challenges today. To address those challenges we will require LEADERS who will listen, communicate and act accordingly. Rob embodies the qualities that we all desire in a good leader – integrity, empathy, humility, vision and positivity. I have no doubt that he will represent us well as International Director.
